1-Interactive Simulation Sample

There are three modes shown at bottom left of screen when any simulation is launched.

 

Show Mode: Replays the captured process with complete audio visual details.

Guide Mode : Allows interaction with the captured process, the simulation will warn if incorrect process step is performed.

Test Mode: Assess your process comprehension and gives a scorecard, scorecard can be printed.

 

 

 

2-Standalone Test

Assessment Editor is a test authoring tool that helps you prepare tests for evaluating a learner. The test in Assessment Editor can be used to test the learner for conceptual (non-procedural) knowledge.

Assessment Editor provides a question bank where you can add and maintain questions and answers. From this question bank you can select questions and add them to the tests you prepare.

  1. The question bank supports multiple choice questions and true or false questions.
  2. The tests are generated as Web pages (html files) and can be easily deployed for wide access.
  3. The data related to the questions that you add and, the tests that you create is stored in a database.
  4. The tests can be random, timed, restricted flow etc

3-Documentation Samples

 

 

 

Documents come out semi-automatically with the help of epiplex. The popular formats are .doc, .ppt, .pdf, .html etc. These documents give step wise description of business process along with step images. Documents can be generated in 17 different languages. Also there are several document templates which can be customised and used. This helps in standardistation of output according to documentation quality standrads.

Webcontent is created using, Presentation Editor. It helps in creating a Knowledge Object that can contain any of the following files - HTML files, picture files (*.gif, *.jpg) and Flash files (*.swf). You can create a Presentation file by creating Pages and adding one file to each page. You can record audio directly to a page. You can also attach an audio file (*.wav) to a page in the presentation.

Presentation files can be deployed as standalone or on a network through epiplex500 Project Editor and epiplex500 IDT Developer.

6-Integrated Project

Integrated project allows a business user to create advanced content depicting real life business scenarios, without using any programming.

A project can have logical constructs to branch and loop depending on the values entered in the forms .

This tool helps in stitching together various contents elearnings, assessments , such as report cards. It is possible to link them according to some business logic.

  1. E.g. we can combine a test paper created using assessment editor with test result, to show different reports on qualifying or failing the test. We can guide the user about remedial steps after assessments.
  2. Similarly we can have a nice form with drop downs showing various elearning content which can be launched.
